The Green Team
The purpose of the “Green Team” is to educate and encourage our community to be more ecology minded.
Our goal is to help people find ways to conserve energy, save money, and work together to make our Township an active leader in the “Green Movement.” We believe that working hand-in-hand for GREEN will make our community a better place to live, work, and play.
The Green Team’s own Solar and Wind expert Jerry Klosowski has spent hundreds of hours on research and preparing papers on both Wind and Solar Energy. Research data was obtained from Delta College, HSC, the Saginaw Bay, and MBS Airport. Data was also collected from the Green Team’s own rooftop anemometer that is mounted at the Township Hall.
