**Access to the Hall is only on the Day it is rented**
Community Room (capacity 50-seating for 30) (meeting room):
- $75.00 refundable deposit plus $75.00 rental fee (any day)
- Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- No alcohol allowed
Hall (capacity 300-seating for 220) (full kitchen and bar):
- Sunday – Friday: $100.00 refundable deposit plus $200.00 rental fee
- Saturdays: $100.00 refundable deposit plus $500.00 rental fee
- Friday hours are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Saturday hours: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Sunday hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Monday through Thursday hours are 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- When alcohol is on the premises, security is required. Bonded companies only.
- Proof of personal liability insurance naming Bangor Township as insured is required.
In order to reserve the desired date, a completed contract must be submitted with paid deposit.
A rental can be cancelled by written notice to the Township. If rental is cancelled less than 60 days prior to rental date, no deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will receive 50% of deposit.

A fee of $100.00 is available for funeral luncheons. A $100.00 refundable deposit is required. Hours for a funeral rental are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. No alcohol is allowed.
