Access to the Hall is only on the day it is rented.

$75 Deposit + $75 Rental Fee

  • Capacity: 50 (seating for 30)
  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • No alcohol allowed

$100 Deposit + $500 Rental Fee

Sunday - Thursday

$100 Deposit + $200 Rental Fee

  • Capacity: 300 (seating for 220, includes kitchen and bar)
  • Hours
    • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    • Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
    • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
    • Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • When alcohol is on the premises:
    • Security is required. Bonded companies only.
    • Proof of personal liability insurance naming Bangor Township as insured is required.
The Town Hall kitchen, complete with industrial cooking appliances.

Rental Agreement

In order to reserve the desired date, a completed contract must be submitted with paid deposit.

A rental can be cancelled by written notice to the Township. If rental is cancelled less than 60 days prior to rental date, no deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will receive 50% of deposit.
