When alcohol is on the premises:
Security is required. Bonded companies only.
Proof of personal liability insurance naming Bangor Township as insured is required.
Rental Agreement
In order to reserve the desired date, a completed contract must be submitted with paid deposit.
A rental can be cancelled by written notice to the Township. If rental is cancelled less than 60 days prior to rental date, no deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will receive 50% of deposit.
